Our Vision for Christ Church (Pellon) School is Soaring High, Together We Shine.

Our vision starts with our heart value, centred on Faith – faith in God, in each child, and in everyone else associated with our school community. This is lived out in our core values of Friendship, Compassion, Justice, Perseverance, Forgiveness and Thankfulness.

Within that environment we aim for every child to feel welcome, for every person to know that they are special and can achieve, and therefore to find themselves growing in every way into the person they have the potential to be.

As our young people do this, they will discover that they are soaring high, shining bright together.

Our guiding story is the golden thread running through the Bible – that everyone is special to God, and that he has plans for each one beyond our dreams. This is shown in the particular story of Joseph, who no one thought would achieve, but ended up in the most important role in the land.
