Tuesday 17th of September 2019

Today Class 3 have welcomed a very exciting visitor, Jeffrey Andrews, a local artist and Stone Age expert.

The children looked at some Stone Age artefacts, some art and then took part in their very own archaeological dig.

Our mini experts used the correct equipment to excavate, examine and label their findings before documenting them in a special report. Everyone joined in and enjoyed the experience and it was an amazing round off to our first topic in Year 3.
