We define spirituality at Christ Church as:
Exploring what it means to be connected — to ourselves, others, God, and the world around us!
Spirituality helps us understand who we are inside. It’s about our feelings, thoughts, and values. We show spirituality by caring for others. Kindness, forgiveness, and love help us feel connected. For many people, spirituality includes faith and prayer. It’s about trusting, loving, and learning from God. We can pray, sing, and give thanks to show our faith. Spirituality reminds us that we are part of the world around us. Caring for animals, plants, and the Earth shows respect for creation
