Grand Opening of Stage and Royal Wedding celebrations

On Friday 18th May 2018, Christ Church (Pellon) celebrated the Royal wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in style. The morning started with the grand opening of our new platform play area. We are extremely lucky to have received a lottery grant which has enabled us to have this platform area installed. The purpose of this platform is to give our pupils a chance to perform, through dance, singing and other fun games. Following our opening, our children participated in some exciting games.

They then enjoyed a Great British lolly and finished off with a 'Right Royal' tea party. What a fabulous morning we all had. It really showed what a fantastic school family we have here at Christ Church - the children and staff did us proud, as always!
